Coronavirus Update | We’re open for business

Prowater+ are open for business but fully appreciate the affects of COVID-19 continue to affect the UK. Therefore we have implimented a number of measures in line with government guidelines to reduce the risk to our employees and our customers.

When our customers book their install of the ProCompact+ our team will check to see if there are any health concerns, awareness of symptoms or illness at the install address.

A member of the Prowater+ team will call up to 24 hours in advance of the installation date to offer guidance and assurance on how our installation engineers will approach the work and ensure they distance themselves from others at the property.

To ensure social distancing is adhered to we have temporarily postponed customer signatures until it is safe to do so, therefore during this time our installation engineers will be required to take a photo of the installation as evidence of the completed install.

Hygiene is of paramount importance to protect both our installation engineers and the occupiers of the properties we install the ProCompact+ to. We therefore ensure all our installation engineers are provided with the appropriate sanitation equipment to enable them to sanitise while they work. They are also provided with the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the work they are required to carry out.

If prowater+ feels a job is unsafe based on the information the customer has provided them, they will agree with the customer another installation date with the customer for a time which is felt safe for both parties.

Prowater+ is very aware how unsettling these times are, but we assure all our customers we will do everything we can to ensure your install is carried out safely.

Prowater+ continues to review and follow government guidelines.
